Every now and then, I am struck by the awesome greatness of God. It happened a couple of weeks ago, and it happened again yesterday at church.
A few weeks ago, I found myself in the middle of a situation where I was questioning God's wisdom and his plan. I wrestled with it for quite a while, and tried to muddle my way through it. When I finally went to God's word, he pointed me to specific passages, and it felt like those specific passages were talking directly to me. It was so incredible!! God gave me peace, and verses to both fall back on when I doubt his plan, and to explain my choices to those around me who don't understand. The word of God is truly living and active!! (heb4:12)
That was part of what I talked about at church this weekend. The services this weekend were so incredible!! God made everything work out: the songs, the message, the scripture that he put on my heart. The whole thing gave me shivers, and I start to smile just thinking about it. I was so struck by God's sovereignty, and how his plan is best, even though I don't understand it beforehand.
All I can do is walk away, and praise him for his hand in both situations.
"But as for me, how good it is to be near God! I have made the Sovereign LORD my shelter, and I will tell everyone about the wonderful things you do!" psalm73:28

I feel as though I should write something here.... something to fill up this space, and make me look studious, or really intelligent, or full of things so say.
Mostly, I just don't like the look of big, empty space running down the side of my blog. But I think I need to deal with it.

How wonderful how that happens, I got shivers reading about your shivers =) I wish I could have been there ... may God continue to reveal Himself and His amazing plan for you, to you!
